Ingredients:
2 spring onions (tops only)
Handful garlic chives
2 stems rosemary, leaves removed
10 basil leaves
1 can lentils or chickpeas well rinsed
400g packet of sliced king oyster mushrooms
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp soya sauce
Steps:
Place fresh herbs in bowl (chopped)
6 secs speed 8
Add remaining ingredients
Combine, speed 4 for 30 seconds
Separate into balls (about 1.5 Tsbp each)
Steam in varoma tray for 30 minutes speed 2
I then pan fried in a fry pan coated in garlic olive oil spray
Serve with tomato free passata sauce
