Oat pancakes



Ingredients:

1 cup oat flour (to make oat flour, milll oats at speed 10 for up to 1 minute)

1/2 cup gluten free flour

1 cup lactose free milk

2 eggs

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla essence


Method:

Add all ingredients to mixing bowl, mix 30 secs speed 3.

Spray frypan with oil

heat frypan until hot

add 1/2 cup of batter for each pancake

Turn when you see bubbles on top


Serve with fruit of choice and 1 tsp maple syrup


Makes 6 pancakes

Serving size = 2 pancakes
