Low FODMAP/Gluten Free Bread

Ingredients:

4 Tbsps. Sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp dried yeast

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

350ml warm water

1/3 cup olive oil

3 eggs


Steps:

Put all the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl except for the yeast and the baking soda.

Mix ingredients, speed 4, 10 secs

Scrape down sides of bowl

Mix the yeast with 1-2 tbsps. warm water till it foams

Mix the baking soda with the apple cider vinegar

Add the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl

Knead 5 minutes, 37 degrees on speed 3.5


You will have quite a wet mixture.

Pour your mixture into a baking paper lined bread tin and allow to rise for 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes
