Gyoza/Dumpling wrappers

If you want more just double the recipe

Ingredients:

50 g water

200 g white bread flour


Steps

Heat the water to 50 degrees C (I used the kettle function on my TM 6)

Add the flour

Mix using the knead/dough setting for 40 seconds

Brush rolling mat with some tapioca or rice flour to stop it sticking


Break off about 1.25 tbsp of dough and roll into a round shape

You want this fairly thin, but not too thin as it will break


I used a large cookie cutter to make it round.

Putting the wrapper in your hand, place the filing inside (Don't overfill)

Pierce the ends to seal. If you find the dough dries out, wet your fingers.



I used spray oil in my frypan and had it at a high heat. You may want to spray when you turn them over.

Pan fry till browned.
