Roasted curry chickpeas
1/4 cup is a safe serving size.
1 tin of chickpeas
Rinsed and dried well
2 tsps curry spice mix
1 tbsp garlic Olive oil
Coat in above ingredients
Roast in oven 230 degrees
30 - 40 mins
Check regularly after the 25 min mark to make sure they don't start burning.
