Ingredients:


1 can well rinsed pinto beans 1 cup low fodmap breadcrumbs 1 egg Garlic chives 1/2 tsp curry powder


Method:

Add all ingredients to the bowl Mix 10-15 second speed 5.5

Shape into burgers and grill or pan fry

You can add some grated carrot too if you Like
