Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

1 litre water 1 medium zucchini 2 carrots 1 stalk celery 1/2 broccoli 1 corn cob Garlic chives

1 tbsp Tuscan spice mix 4 massel 7 chicken stock cubes 2 tbsp gluten free corn flour 2 tbsp soya sauce.




Note: I used the blade cover, if you don't have one, put the veggies in the basket.

Add the water, chopped veggies (except corn), 1tbsp Tuscan spice mix and stock cubes to the bowl.

Make sure you don't go past the max level.

Cook corn cob 3 mins in microwave still in its leaves.

Cook, 100 degrees, 35 mins, speed 1 on reverse.

If you used the blade cover you will need to put the soup into a dish so you can take it out.

Add soya sauce, corn flour and corn cut from the cob.

Depending on how smooth or chunky you want your soup, but I wanted it smooth

Chop, speed 5.5 until smooth (about 30 secs)
