Tzatziki


Great as a dip or in a wrap etc

Ingredients: 1/2 large Cucumber, chopped Handful mint leaves 550g lactose free yoghurt 30g garlic infused oil 1 tsp salt


Method: Grate Cucumber 6-8 secs, speed 4.5 Transfer to a muslin bag or in the middle of a tea towel and squeeze all the liquid out

Chop mint 6 secs, speed 6 Add Cucumber, yoghurt, oil and salt Mix 10 secs, speed 2.5

The longer this sits in the fridge, the stronger the flavour.
