Spinach Dip:



Ingredients: 200g lactose free sour cream 8 cubes frozen Spinach (defrosted and water sqeezed out) 1 tsp garlic & onion infused olive oil


Method:

Add ingredients to mixing bowl Mix 20 secs, speed 5

Crunchy wrap dippers Preheat oven 180 degrees 4 wraps

Cook 10-15 mins until brown Break into pieces
