sausage rolls.
I did half the mix with fennel seeds and half with dried thyme.
Ingredients:
500g free range pork mince
100g free range sliced ham
1 tbsp garlic Olive oil
1/4 tsp hing powder
1 tbsp herb (fennel or thyme)
Method
Put ingredients in bowl
Mix 30 secs speed 4
Pastry
1 cup gluten free flour mix
1tsp salt
50 g dairy free spread (I used nuttelex lite)
60 g water
Put all ingredients into bowl
Knead 2 mins
For the sausages rolls
Spread sausage mix on one layer of the pastry
Too with another layer
Pinch edges with a fork
Brush with a beaten egg
Bake in the oven 180 degrees, fan for 30-35 mins
