Lamb, rosemary, red wine and garlic oil sausages.




10 sausages

I got sausage casings from my butcher I need more practice at filling them lol

Ingredients: 750g partially frozen lamb mince or meat cubes 1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves 4 tbsp garlic and onion infused oil 1tsp hing powder Tops of 2 spring onions 1/2 cup red wine


Method: Place rosemary and spring onion tops into bowl, Grind 5 secs, speed 8

Add lamb and remaing ingredients. Grind meat, speed 10, 10-15 secs in 2 lots

If you don't have sausage casings, form into patties.

Grill to your liking
