Method: Peel and chop all the root vegetables Chop green onions tops into bowl Add root vegetables Add crumbled stock cubes and spices Add water
Cook, 25 mins, 100 degrees, speed 2 Add lentils Cook 5 mins, speed 2
Blend smooth, 20 secs, speed 5.5
Serve with 2 tsps lactose free Yoghurt per serve
