Pizza

Pizza Dough. (makes 4 bases, freeze well)


185g warm water

5g sugar

20g dry yeast

280g gluten free or low fodmap flour

1 tsp salt

60 g olive oil (I used garlic and onion olive oil today)

Method:

Put water, sugar and yeast into the mixing bowl and mix 2 mins, 37 degrees speed 2

Add remaining ingredients

knead for 2 minutes

Turn out and form into a ball

Put into a bowl, cover with a tea towel and put into a warm spot for about an hour to rise.

Tip: Its cold today so I put mine in the oven on a very low heat.


Toppings:

Tomato Paste

Dried Dill

Dried Thyme

Sliced capsicum

Sliced tomatoes

40g fetta cheese

Fresh basil leaves


Cook Pizza:

Cook for 15 mins in oven pre heated to 250 degrees
