Oyster Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

1 bag oyster mushrooms

sliced Tops of spring onions (I used 2)

1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil

2 tbsp miso paste

2 crumbled massel 7 beef stock cubes

1 tsp dried thyme

1L hot water 1 tbsp corn flour


Method:

Add oil and veggies to bowl

Sauté for 3 mins, 120 C speed 1, reverse

Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 mins 100 C for 20 mins.
