Serves 4-6 Carrots are low fodmap Swede is low fodmap up to 75 grams I use a blade cover, if you don't have one put your vegetables in your basket.
Ingredients:
3 large carrots
2 Swede
1/2 to 1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp dairy free spread
4 tbsp lactose free milk
Water
Steps:
Put chopped veggies into the bowl
Fill with hot tap water so the vegetables are coveted.
Cook 30 mins speed 1 reverse 100 degrees
When cooked
Drain vegetables
Remove blade cover if used
Insert butterfly
Add vegetables, nutmeg, spread and milk
Mash 30 secs, speed 4.
