More winter comfort food

4 serves

Ingredients:

Note: be careful to overfill the bowl!


2 tablespoons garlic-infused oil

2 medium carrots, chopped

Spring onion tops

Garlic chives

4 tablespoons tomato paste

1 Swede

1 turnip

1/2 zucchini

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon hing powder


1 tin plain canned diced tomatoes, with their liquid

2 massel 7 beef stock cubes

2 massel 7 vegetable stock cubes

2 -3 cups water

1 cup gluten-free, low-FODMAP macaroni or other small low-FODMAP pasta noodles

1 canned lentils, drained and rinsed

2-3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Method:

Place oil and chopped carrot in bowl

Cook 5 mins, 120 degrees, speed 1

Add chopped spring onion and garlic chives

Cook 5 mins 120 degrees, speed 1

Add all Ingredients except lentils, zucchini and pasta


Cook 20 mins 100 degrees, reverse , speed 2

Add lentils and zucchini

Cook 10 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, speed 2
