Ingredients:
2 Bunches of spring onion tops
2 Tbsps garlic and onion oil
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cardamon
1 tbsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp lemongrass paste
1/2 cup water
2-4 tsp garlic replacer
1 tbsp crushed chilli
1 tsp soy sauce
Method:
Add spring onions to the mixing bowl
Chop spd 7, 10 secs
Scrape down sides of bowl
Add oil and all ground spices
Saute 8 mins, 120 degrees, speed 2
Add all remaining ingredients
Mix into a paste - spd 7, 10 secs, scrape down sides and repeat
