Ingredients: 340g gluten free elbow pasta 1.6L water
75g flour 2 tsp ground mustard 1 tsp salt 100g dairy free spread 3 cups lactose free 226g Shredded lactose free cheese
Method: Pour water into mixing bowl Boil 100 degrees, 10mins spd 1 Put pasta into basket and then into bowl (water should cover pasta) Cook 90 degrees, spd 1, 7-10 mins
Put cooked pasta into thermo server to keep warm
Placement, flour and butter into mixing bowl, cook 6min, 80 degrees, spd 2
Add mustard, salt and cheese Cook 2 min, 90 degrees, spd2 reverse
Stir mixture through pasta
