Ingredients:
500g Vegetables, You can use any combination of safe vegetables you like, here is what I used:
2 spring onion tops
1/2 yellow capsicum sliced
2 carrots sliced
Broccoli chopped
Bok choy roughly chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp garlic and onion infused oil
1 tbsp crushed ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp hing powder
1 tsp chilli paste ( I used sambal oelek)
Method:
Add spring onions, capsicum and oil to the mixing bowl
Sauté 3 mins, 120 degrees, speed 1
Add remaining sauce ingredients, mix speed 3.5, 20 second
You can serve these with rice or rice noodles.
