Fish & Chips with Tartar Sauce

I used store bought frozen chips

4 firm white fish fillets

Fish coating: 2 cups lofo flour 3 tsp paprika 3 tsp oregano 3tsp dill 1 egg (whisked with a fork)

Combine dry ingredients. Coat a fish fillet with egg and the the flour mix


To cook Pour a generous amount of garlic infused oil into a fry pan, heat the oil

Cook each fillet about 4 mins each side.


Tartar sauce: Ingredients: 1 cup egg mayonnaise 1 bunch green onion tops 1 pickled Cucumber 1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil




Method: Chop onion tops and pickled Cucumber in mixing bowl 5 secs, speed 5

Add remaining ingredients Mix 10 secs, speed 4
