Ingredients:
6 Pork Sausages
Handful spring onion tops
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp corn flour
1 massel 7 chicken stock cube crumbled
1 tsp sugar
Mashed potatoes
Method:
Place sausages and diced onion into fry pan and fry until browned
Add curry powder, water mixed with stock cube, sugar and corn flour
Add peas
Stir until sauce thickens and peas are warm.
Serve with mashed potatoes
