Teriyaki Sauce

I adapted this recipe for the thermomix.

Place all ingredients except cornflour and 1/2 cup water into the mixing bowl Cook on 70 degrees, 2-3mins Mix remaining water and cornflour in a small bowl. Add to the mixing bowl. Cook on 80 degrees for 10 mins, speed 3

If you have the function, you can also use thicken

I'm serving it over steak, Broccoli and oyster mushroom skewers later
