Ingredients:

400 g, Low fat Greek Yoghurt or lactose free yoghurt if lactose intolerant


1 -2 tbsp, Maple Syrup

300 g - Hulled fresh Strawberries (could use raspberries or blueberries too)

Method:

Place strawberries and maple syrup in the bowl

Combine until smooth, 20 seconds, speed 4.5

Add Yoghurt

Combine, 20-30 seconds speed 4.5


Place in a container in the freezer
