Ingredients:
3 cups quick oats 1.5 cups gluten free cornflakes 6 tbsp peanut butter powder (PB2) 2 tsps vanilla essence 15 squuts stevia liquid 100g dark chocolate chips 3/4 cup melted coconut oil
Method:
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips and coconut oil into the mixing bowl Mix, speed 4.5, 20 seconds Add chocolate chips Replace lid without mc Speed 3.5 While mixing, pour in coconut oil slowly until blended (10-15 seconds)
Roll into 24 balls and refrigerate
