Ingredients:
80g caster sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
20g gelatin powder
250g berries of choice
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Blitz the berries, speed 5 for 5 seconds
Scrape down sides of bowl
Add all remaining ingredients
Heat, 6 minutes, 50 degrees celcius, speed 2
Pour into a pan or jelly moulds and refridgerate for 3-4 hours
You could also drizzle some melted dark chocolate over the top
