Berry Chocolate Jelly




Ingredients:

  • 80g caster sugar

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 20g gelatin powder

  • 250g berries of choice

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


Method:

  • Blitz the berries, speed 5 for 5 seconds

  • Scrape down sides of bowl

  • Add all remaining ingredients

  • Heat, 6 minutes, 50 degrees celcius, speed 2

  • Pour into a pan or jelly moulds and refridgerate for 3-4 hours


You could also drizzle some melted dark chocolate over the top
