Potato salad



Ingredients:

  • 500g potatoes, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup whole egg mayonnaise

  • 1-2 tbsp seeded mustard

  • 100-200g glazed ham

  • Dill pickles

  • You could also add green beans


Method:

  • Put the potatoes into the basket and then into the mixing bowl. Cover with water.

  • Cook, 20-30 minutes, 98 degrees, speed 2

  • Once cooked, drain and allow to cool

  • Mix the mayonnaise and mustard together

  • Combine all ingredients
