Slow cooked chicken drumsticks

Ingredients: 6 tbsps miso paste 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsps soya sauce 2 tbsps mirin 1 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsps crushed ginger 8 chicken drumsticks


Method: Place all sauce ingredients into the mixing bowl and combine 20 secs, speed 2.5

In a bowl, place drumsticks and pour over sauce and stir to coat drumsticks

Place blade cover into thermomix Slow cook 3.5 hours, 95 degrees

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Place sauce and chicken into an oven dish Cook for 15 mins until sauce is thickened.

You could serve with steamed bok choy

Rosemary baked carrots

Serves 4 120 calories

Ingredients 650g carrots 2 tbsps fresh rosemary 2 tbsp garlic infused oil

Merhod: Preheat oven to 230 degrees Slice along carrots (about halfway through) Put fresh rosemary leaves into mixing bowl, mill 1 minute, speed 8 Place carrots, oil and rosemary into a zip lock bag or Reusable bag and coat carrots with the oil and rosemary
