Ingredients:
Spring onion tops (2-3)
500g chicken mince
1 tbsp. garlic infused olive oil
1-2 tsp Low FODMAP Tuscan spice mix
1/2 low fodmap chicken stock cube (crumbled)
60g gluten free breadcrumbs
Steps:
Put spring onions in bowl and chop 3 secs, speed 7 (do this twice, scraping down the sides of the bowl in-between).
Place the rest of the ingredients in the bowl. (if you have chicken meat and not mince, you can first place your chicken meat cut into small pieces and then mince on speed 7, 10 secs)
Mix ingredients - 30 secs, speed 5.5 or 6
Empty ingredients onto your Thermomat
Clean your bowl
With moist hands, roll your mix into sausage shapes (8)
Fill bowl with 1.5L of hot tap water, place sausages on tray in the varoma. Steam 20 mins, speed 3.
Then pan fry, grill etc to finish.
