Safe asian dressings/Sauces

Chinese (nice without the chilli too) 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp garlic and onion infused oil 1 tbsp crushed ginger 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup rice vinegar 2 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp hing powder 1 tsp chilli paste ( I used sambal oelek)


Peanut (pad thai) 3 tbsp tamarind paste 2/3 cup (160 g) soy sauce 2 tbsp Lime juice 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp garlic infused oil 3 tsp minced ginger


Maple/mustard 2 tbsp whole grain mustard 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp maple syrup
