PB2 (peanut butter) Oat Bars

Ingredients:

50 g, dark chocolate baking chips

6 tbsp(s), Water

1/3 cup, Maple Syrup

6 tbsp (S), Pb2

2 cup, Oats


Method:

Mix PB2 and Water with a fork in a container

Add mixed PB2 and the remainder of the ingredients into the bowl

Mix, 20 seconds, speed 4

Put mix onto some baking paper

Roll/Flatten mix onto the baking paper (use a wet rolling pin to stop it sticking)

Cut into bars

Put in fridge to set
