No Bake Cornflake Cups

Want a tasty low fodmap treat without oats?

Ingredients:

4 cups gluten free cornflakes 3 tbsp PB2 original 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tbsp golden syrup 3 tbsp rice malt syrup 40g nuttelex light or other non dairy spread


Method: Place all ingredients except the cornflakes into the mixing bowl

Melt and combine 3 mins 50 degrees speed 2

Put cornflakes into a big bowl When ready, put the liquid mixture in with the cornflakes and mix well

Place mixture into cupcake liners Set in fridge
