I didn't use my thermomix for this.
Ingredients: 1 tbsp boneless pork shoulder, fat Trimmed 1 bunch spring onion tops, chopped 1/2 tsp hing powder 1 1/2 tbsp ground cumin 1 tbsp ground coriander 2 Bay leaves 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 can diced tomatoes Sourdough Wraps
Salsa 2 diced tomatoes 1 dicex small yellow capsicum Diced Spring onion tops Diced cucumber
Method: Season shoulder well with salt and pepper
In a frypan, add oil and spring onion tops Cook 2 mins Add spices, tomato paste and stir through Add diced tomatoes, stir through till hot.
Add pork and cooked sauce to a slow cooker Cook on high for 6 hours
Serve with Salsa, wrap and a lime wedge
