Macadamia,lemon & coconut balls

Ingredients: 150g macadamias 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup dessicated coconut 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp melted coconut oil


Method: Insert Macadamias into bowl, chop 6 secs, speed 8 Place remaining ingredients into the bowl keeping 2-3 tbsp coconut for rolling the balls in

Combine 15 secs, speed 4.5 Using damp hands roll 1tbsp of mixture into a ball.

Roll balls in coconut

Place in fridge to set
