Lunch Meat roll




Ingredients: 600g boneless chicken or pork meat cut into cubes 20g garlic and onion infused oil 1tsp salt 1tsp maple syrup


Method: Place all ingredients into the bowl Process 1 minute, speed 5 Put mixture onto a piece of gladwrap or baking paper. Twist the ends and roll tightly.

Wash bowl add 1000 g of water. Put your deep steaming tray in place and put chicken roll inside. Steam for 35 min/steaming temp/speed 3.

Put in the fridge for 2 hours before slicing.

You could add lots of other things like spring onions, dried herbs etc.

Other flavour combinations I have tried are :

Haloumi and Jalapeno

Fennel seed and Feta
