Ingredients
2 Tomatoes sliced
120 g, Light Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp(s), Thyme Leaves
6 egg (50g), Eggs
150 g, free range Ham
1/5 cup, lactose free milk
Steps:
preheat oven 180 degrees C
Coat oven dish with oil (I use spray oil)
Place thyme in the bowl and chop 10 secs speed 9
Add all of the remaining ingredients except for the chees and tomatoes
Blend 20 secs speed 3.5
Pour into prepared oven dish
Add sliced tomato to the oven dish and stir through
Grate cheese in the bowl (2 cm pieces) 6 secs, speed 9
Add chees to the oven dish mixture and stir through
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg mixture is set.
