Fried Chicken

Ingedients: 4 chicken thighs Garlic infused olive oil Plain olive oil

1 egg, beaten

1 cup lofo flour 3tsp oregano 2 tsp basil 3tsp paprika 1tsp salt


Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Put enough of the 2 oils in a frypan for shallow frying

Combine flour and spices in a bowl Dunk chicken thighs into egg, then flour mix

Shallow Fry in hot oil for a minute on each side Place in oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
