Edamame guacamole & pinto bean hummus.

90g Edamame guacamole is low fodmap 45g pinto bean hummus

Compared to 30g guacamole or 20g hummus


Edamame guacamole: Ingredients: 400g thawed and shelled Edamame beans 1/8 cup lime juice 2 spring onion tops chopped 2 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp garlic replacer (or hing powder)


Method: Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl Blend 10 secs, speed 5.5 Scrape down sides Blend 10 secs, speed 6


Pinto bean hummus Ingredients: 1 tin of drained and well rinsed pinto beans 2 tsp lemon juice 2 Tbsps garlic infused oil 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt


Method: Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl Blend 10 secs, spd 5.5 Scrape down sides of bowl Blend 10 secs, spd 4
