My new favourite lowfodmap healthy winter snack. It's very wet in Perth today! It's important for Low fodmap that your bananas are not too ripe.
Ingredients: 1 sliced banana Spray oil 1-2 tsps cinnamon sugar
Method:
Spray frypan with oil Fry banana for 1-2 minutes Serve sprinkled with cinnamon sugar
You can make your own cinnamon sugar 2 tbsps Brown sugar 2 tsps cinnamon
