Choc mint Xmas balls

Ingredients:

Makes 12 2 cups quick oats 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1.5 tsp peppermint essence 10 squirts stevia liquid 1-2 tbsp maple syrup 50 g dark Chocolate chips 1/3 cup melted coconut oil Dessicated coconut for rolling in


Method:

Add all ingredients into the mixing bowl except choc chips and coconut oil Mix 20 secs, speed 4.5

Add chocolate chips Put lid back on without MC Speed 3.5, Add coconut oil until its sticky enough to shape into balls

Roll into balls and roll in dessicated coconut Put in fridge to set
