Berry Pancakes

Ingredients 30g rasberries is generally a safe serving

4 serves



1 cup lofo or gluten free flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 egg 1 cup of lactose free milk


Method:

Mix all ingredients together speed 5.5 for 15 secs

Spray fry pan with olive oil Cook on one side till bubbles appear and flip

I used frozen berries microwaved for 1 minute mixed with 1 tsp maple syrup.
