Ingredients:

40 g Lactose free cheese

1.5-2 cups Basil leaves

Garlic chives, Rosemary, spring onions (15-20 g)

160g pine nuts

100g olive oil - I put 80g olive oil and 20g garlic infused olive oil in


Method:

Place cheese cut into small cubes into bowl and grate for 10 secs on speed 9

Scrape down sides of bowl

Put herbs, pine nuts and basil into the bowl

Chop, 3 secs, speed 9

Scrape down sides of bowl

Add oil to bowl

3 secs, speed 7
