Don't use over ripe bananas as they are high fodmap. I use silicon muffin liners. Reusable, cleans in the dishwasher.

1tsp Vanilla Essence 1.5 cups, Low Fodmap Plain Flour 1 cup(s), Walnuts 0.50 cup, lactose free milk 1 large, Egg 2 firm Bananas 2.5 tsp, baking powder 1 cup, Sugar
Preheat oven 180 degrees
Put banana and wet ingredients into mixing bowl Mix 10 secs, speed 5.5
Place dry ingredients into mixing bowl Mix 20 secs, speed 5.5
Pour batter into muffin tray Bake 180 for 25 mins (until brown)
