Banana Bread

ingredients:

2 bananas (not overripe)

1/3 cup melted coconuut oil

1/2 cup rice malt syrup

2 eggs

1/4 cup lactose free milk

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 3/4 cups low fodmap flour



Steps

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C

Line bread tin with baking paper

Put chopped banana into bowl

Mash, speed 5 10 secs

Add remaining ingredients

Mix 20-30 secs speed 4-5 until well combined

It is a very wet mixture


Pour mixture into prepared bread tin

Cook 45-50 minutes in the oven. Check with a skewer to make sure it's cooked (will come out clean)
